- Lighting: Sufficient external lighting for processing night video
- No Occlusion: No major occlusion or blockage of camera view
- View: Clear view of approach, including 20+ metres | 65 feet past stop bar
- No repositioning: The camera should not be repositioned during video collection
- Stable: The camera should be securely mounted to minimise any movement
- No Audio: Do not include an audio stream
